I get the club want to benefit from having the data of ticket buyers by selling themselves - but the customer experience needs to be better. This one seems avoidable.

@LEC1990 @SUFCRootsHall Ridiculous. Spent ages over the weekend getting 6 mates season cards details all linked on my account so I could get 20+ tickets in a group. Ending up having to split the group into different areas as could only get 12 together. No mention of this restriction anywhere in period 1

ℹ️ With Level 1 and 2 blocks nearing capacity, we are now opening upper-tier blocks within our allocation.

@SmiffySUFC @SUFCRootsHall It seems the restrictions are our ticket platform as Wembley direct supports 70 tickets per order. It would be good if this 12 limit could be lifted by our provider - or at least be included in the error message. I spent too long guessing what the issue was this morning.

@SUFCRootsHall Guidance needs to be clearer for this first sale period. You cannot purchase more than 12 tickets in one transaction, regardless of how many linked f&f season cards you have. If you need more than 12 tickets, you need to buy the first lot get in the queue and do it all over again
