I'll add a part here. In this case, people are not getting paid, or if they are, it's very little. This is passion driven, activity not nessisarily a job. More for experience. I should have also replaced "fun" with "enjoyable" thanks to Bullskunk, for making me realize.

I'm trying to prove a point to someone higher in my chain of command. Please, if you have time, share and leave an answer. Should participating in Esports be fun? Should work be fun? Should playing games be fun?
