This is, as you can imagine, incredibly frustrating as we printed books!

Update on the key situation: someone was able to claim our download key from the QR code despite the key never being set to claimable on itch. We've contacted itch support about the issue as of 5 days ago but haven't received a response yet. We'll update you when they respond.

We're seeing some feedback that the download key included in the book has somehow been claimed - this should not actually be possible and we're contacting itch support to see if we can resolve the issue.
