#Endsars is the slogan! We are also fighting for the betterment of Nigeria, even though some of the ones we are fighting for are the ones our bad government is using to fight us! The oppression of our people is not new, it has been a generational issue and has to stop.

The rights group @amnesty says it has received credible evidence that excessive force was used against protesters in Lagos.

Armed soldiers were seen barricading the protest site moments before the shooting. It is not yet clear how many people were injured or killed, but social media footage streamed live from the scene shows protesters attending to the wounded.
