My take on the ceasefire Iran blinked. Just yesterday the regime rejected a temporary ceasefire and refused to meet in Islamabad. Over night they took President Trump’s threats seriously. There is no way to bridge Iran’s 10 points with America’s 15. So the outcome of negotiations depends on whether Iran accepts the fundamental U.S. demands: removal of highly enriched uranium, no further enrichment, dismantlement of ballistic missile and drone capacity, an end to funding and directing the regional proxies, and full reopening of the Strait of Hormuz. We’ll see soon enough.

Iran has always had the ability to temporarily close the Straight of Hormuz. Fortunately, our military has the ability to permanently re-open it.

War crimes? Senator Merkley from Oregon said that taking out mixed use infrastructure like bridges and power plants would be war crimes and suggested as well that soldiers in the US Army need not follow orders such as that. The Iranians have sent hundreds of missiles targeted at civilian centers in Tel Aviv and throughout Israel as well as towards hotels, plants and airports of UAE and other countries. The civilians are not collateral damage — they are the primary target of hundreds and missiles and drones. And they massacred tens of thousands of their own people — just machine gunned them down. By rulers who have no legitimacy whatsoever. So where is his outrage at the real war crimes? Where is the urgency at stopping Iran from these illegal attacks and mass executions? Where are his threats of action to right these wrongs? We know where they are — no where because he is too busy attacking his own country.

Artemis II has reached its maximum distance from Earth. On the far side of the Moon, 252,756 miles away, Reid, Victor, Christina, and Jeremy have now traveled farther from Earth than any humans in history and now begin their journey home. Before they left, they said they hoped this mission would be forgotten, but it will be remembered as the moment people started to believe that America can once again do the near-impossible and change the world. Congratulations to this incredible crew and the entire NASA team, our international and commercial partners, but this mission isn’t over until they’re under safe parachutes, splashing down into the Pacific.

This beautiful family was wiped out in a heinous missile attack by the Iranian regime last night in Haifa. Lucille Jane Gershovitz, 29, was a kindergarten teacher originally from the Philippines. Dimitri Gershovitz, 42, was a software engineer. Lena Ostrovsky, 68, was a legendary voice coach. Vladimir Gershovitz, 73, was a retired tech expert who had just returned home from the hospital. These four innocent civilians were the latest victims of the Iranian regime’s brutal attacks. This murderous regime must be stopped.

Most of the Democratic party leadership appears to literally prefer an Iranian victory to Republicans getting a feather in their cap for Midterms. It’s grotesque. And voters will remember.

I remember well the Arab response to Saddam’s invasion of Kuwait. It was a crash course on intra-Arab politics, as a key Western ally like King Hussein teetered on the brink, pressured by the overwhelming support for Saddam among Jordanian elites. In Egypt and Syria Mubarak and Al-Assad wisely chose to join the U.S.-led coalition to liberate Kuwait. In Morocco, where I was a political officer with extensive contacts with the opposition, King Hassan sided strongly with his fellow monarchs in the Gulf, while the opposition, with the notable exception of the communists, enthusiastically backed the Iraqi invaders. A prominent Moroccan intellectual told me Kuwait was a fabricated country and Iraq had a right to seize its oil. But the biggest betrayal came from the Palestinians. No one was surprised that Arafat backed Saddam and pitched the idea that “the road to Jerusalem leads through Kuwait.” Many young Palestinian men in Kuwait became armed auxiliaries of the Iraqi occupation. At the time, Kuwaitis claimed many of the worst abuses, including rape and murder, against Kuwaiti citizens were committed by Palestinians. Kuwait expelled most of them after the liberation.
Majed@971AlSaadi

When Saddam invaded Kuwait half the Arab world stood with him That forced us to host American bases in our countries And today when we face the Iranians those same people unchanged, come out saying: we’ll stand with Iran because you have American bases No matter how much we helped No matter how much we fight for you No matter how much we shared "Beware the EVIL of the one you have done good to" To that we say No More... hopefully No more Arab League, No more OIC in the future The UAE stands proud & alone , only way is up

FROM PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP WE GOT HIM! My fellow Americans, over the past several hours, the United States Military pulled off one of the most daring Search and Rescue Operations in U.S. History, for one of our incredible Crew Member Officers, who also happens to be a highly respected Colonel, and who I am thrilled to let you know is now SAFE and SOUND! This brave Warrior was behind enemy lines in the treacherous mountains of Iran, being hunted down by our enemies, who were getting closer and closer by the hour, but was never truly alone because his Commander in Chief, Secretary of War, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and fellow War Fighters were monitoring his location 24 hours a day, and diligently planning for his rescue. At my direction, the U.S. Military sent dozens of aircraft, armed with the most lethal weapons in the World, to retrieve him. He sustained injuries, but he will be just fine. This miraculous Search and Rescue Operation comes in addition to a successful rescue of another brave Pilot, yesterday, which we did not confirm, because we did not want to jeopardize our second rescue operation. This is the first time in military memory that two U.S. Pilots have been rescued, separately, deep in Enemy Territory. WE WILL NEVER LEAVE AN AMERICAN WARFIGHTER BEHIND! The fact that we were able to pull off both of these operations, without a SINGLE American killed, or even wounded, just proves once again, that we have achieved overwhelming Air Dominance and Superiority over the Iranian skies. This is a moment that ALL Americans, Republican, Democrat, and everyone else, should be proud of and united around. We truly have the best, most professional, and lethal Military in the History of the World. GOD BLESS AMERICA, GOD BLESS OUR TROOPS, AND HAPPY EASTER TO ALL!

Thousands of sorties. Minimal manned losses. And when a jet does go down, the U.S. still has the ability to pull its crew out of hostile territory. That's a level of military capability and competence that no one can match. Well done

Will France break with the strict Caroline test of int’l law and launch a War of Choice, or will it attempt to coerce Ukraine to forgo its self defensive rights? Unnamed sources have revealed that Macron’s senior advisors have proposed a “third way”: evacuate temporarily to Britain.

⚠️Crisis in Europe: Russia announces that unless Europe stops Ukraine from launching an attack on its rapidly massing missile forces, they will attack France with a mass salvo of missiles and drones. In recent hours, Russian missile forces have been detected massing on its borders with Estonia, Latvia, Belarus and Ukraine and senior Russian officials in Moscow, including President Putin, Foreign Minister Lavrov, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council Dmitry Medvedev, and Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces General Valery Gerasimov have said a Ukrainian attack will trigger a mass salvo aimed at Paris, Toulouse, Douville and Nice among other major French locales. The Elysee is in emergency consultations with leading legal scholars tonight to determine of France may treat Moscow’s conditional coercion as an imminent threat, or should Macron try to stop Ukraine from attacking Russian missile positions because that is an objective non-forcible alternative? The Ukrainians are watching the same massing of missile forces and regard it as an imminent threat, because the Russians have openly stated that they intended to wipe Ukraine out with their next mass salvo -- but they have not launched an attack, yet. If France attacks now is it anticipatory self-defense or an illegal preventative attack on Russia? Paris maintains strong sway over Kyiv, which is not a Nato ally -- so if Elysee does not at least attempt to halt a Ukrainian offensive, will international legal scholars decide they did not exhaust peaceful alternatives? Will France break with the strict Caroline test of international law and launch a War of Choice, or will it attempt to coerce Ukraine to forgo its self defensive rights? Unnamed sources have revealed that Macron’s senior advisors have proposed a “third way”: evacuate temporarily to Britain. Leading international scholars explain that the UN Charter prohibits both the use and the threat of force, and the ICJ’s Nuclear Weapons opinion states that if the contemplated use of force would be unlawful, the threat is unlawful as well. A conditional missile and drone salvo against France to compel France and Europe to restrain Ukraine would plainly fail that test. That said, there is an important doctrinal distinction between an imminent threat and an imminent armed attack. France characterizes Russia’s conduct as an unlawful and acute threat. Yet the harder question is whether France may use force first. The orthodox view is that anticipatory self-defence remains exceptional and turns on necessity, proportionality, and a showing that the armed attack is operationally imminent, not simply that the coercive threat is grave. The Nicaragua judgment reaffirmed necessity and proportionality as customary constraints on self-defence, while Article 51 preserves the inherent right of individual and collective self-defence when an armed attack occurs. Many contemporary lawyers read that framework to permit action in the last feasible window before an imminent attack, but not a looser preventive war against a dangerous future possibility. Heated debates are ongoing but sources indicate Macron has instructed L’Armee Francais to mobilize, arguing that the sheer scale of the threatened salvo and the inherent unreliability of Moscow's political conditions render the Russian threat operationally imminent. Ryan Goodman and a team of leading international legal scholars at Just Security are already calling Macron’s moves “disheartening signs that France will launch yet another War of Choice.” Updates to follow.

What Europe gets wrong: Nearly every major international organization and multilateral body has been captured by China and its CCP proxies. Trump is responding by building a parallel system to bypass them altogether. Many Europeans interpret this as destabilization, when it is better understood as adaptation to institutional failure.
