On a normal day I would already be working in an environment that works for me and ensures good productivity balanced with self care. Instead I am heading into the office, already soaking wet and facing 90 minutes of standing on a train with a sore back.

14 years at NHSE comes to an end today. Some incredible people delivering epic change for the NHS. Excited for the next challenge.

This is one of the biggest breakthroughs in supporting direct patient care that I have seen in my NHS D career, the hard work from the team in getting here has been phenomenal and it will make such a difference to patients and health professionals in England
