Hey NCAA, I think your app login process is broken. Anyone else having an issue with logging in to fill out this year’s bracket only to have the magic link only return you to the login page without actually logging in? @NCAA #ncaa

@jasonkarns Hi thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, brackets for the Men's Bracket Challenge Game are locked, and you will only be able to make one post-lock bracket per account.

@MMLive_Help trying to add our family’s brackets so we can view them on appleTV app. But when logged in online, the “create bracket” button is disabled. iPadOS.

@yokesonyou Thank you for the message. Please close out of the app, navigate to the the Apple settings app, go to "TV Provider and deselect the MM Live app via the "Allow TV Provider" toggle. Restart the app and attempt to log in to Optimum via the top of the Settings Tab.
