Please everyone sign and share 🙏 Those on a family visa have no right to public funds anyway. It literally states no recourse to public funds on their visa. The increase is inhuman. Please try and stop it from happening. Not just the rich should be able to choose who they love

A person on a family visa has no recourse to public funds. It literally states this on the visa. Please can the government state facts to the public.

A junior doctors starting salary with the NHS is £29,384 . If this government think that £38,700 is the basic requirement for family visas how can they justify such a low basic salary for those expected to save our lives in A & E?

Our Exec Director Caroline was earlier on @BBCTwo talking about the draconian increase to the Minimum Income Requirement and the ways in which the families we support will be impacted by this increase. Family Life is a Human Right for everyone not just for rich people.

I’ve just signed the petition to STOP the increase to the income requirement for family visas to £38,700 Most people in UK don’t make that per yr. This policy punishes those who fall in love with someone with a different nationality. Boll**** to that! petition.parliament.uk/petitions/6526…

What a lovely story. You're clearly committed to your family and I have nothing but admiration for that. *** Below I've included an extract of a reply I posted to another user on this thread. Presumably both parties would be aware of their respective countries immigration policy prior to their nuptials. Changes to the immigration rules will not be applied retrospectively so all effected parties will have time to get their affairs in order prior to the new rules coming into effect. Moving forwards perhaps some sort of amendment ought to be proposed to make provision for people who marry before the rule changes, but have subsequently resided separately in different countries. If this sounds like a solution that would be acceptable to you perhaps you [or your partner] should write to your [his] MP and suggest it. ***** End of extract **** May I take this opportunity to urge you to get your own residency status sorted out before new rules come into effect Ana. @UKFreedomCamp @PeterStefanovi2 Should all those kids then be punished because of these unreasonable things? Children do get damaged, and i can state that with out any possibility to change my mind. Families are made from two parents , not one being over electronic device
