@G_VanderUnit Lol I’m not a dietitian by any means but I did read up on the benefits of tracking macronutrients (carbs, proteins, and fats) based on body type, it is a very simply thing to apply. Google and you find lot on this - best wishes!

I work out 1.5hrs/day, which is an amazing positivity boost, BUT more recently I adopted McMaster’s macro’s research to monitor Carbs, Protein, and Fats & it’s life changing! I feel super-boosted everyday and my muscle-mass is better in my late 40s then my 20s-30s #fitnessgirl 👍🏼
