Kinda sad that my alagang lola patient decided not to proceed with any systemic therapy despite her malignancy being treatable and possibly curable. Ang hirap ng pinagdaanan namin sa diagnostic part of her disease and now she refused any treatment na dahil napagod na rin siya. 😞

Sa tatlo kong referrals na mukhang lymphoma: 1. SVC syndrome, nagparadiate pero walang repeat biopsy (financial constraints) after inadequate specimen 🥺 2. T cell lymphoma pero parang ayaw na ni lola magpatreat 🥺 1/2

Mas attractive ang second leads pero magagaling din ang main leads.
