@DarkSalxm i feel like i’ve always known this was the answer but i didn’t want to face the truth: you have to take care of yourself outside of stream! go outside, exercise, eat healthy, rest when you need to!!!

Low energy VTubers and Streamers question 🖤 How do you manage longer streams without burning out? I usually feel wiped after about an hour or 2😭 Do you have any tips for streaming longer while keeping your energy up, or do you just pace yourself differently? 👀

@MayRayVT At most twice a week (usually Sunday and Thursday), else it causes eczema or a possible psoriasis flare up.

@MayRayVT Depends on the temperature. If it's hot/cold out I sometimes shower every day. But if the temperature is mild I maybe shower like, twice a week or something. Less than I should anyways.
