Yesterday's Iagon AMA brought more clarity on (not suing) Nuvola for stealing code and breach of partnership.
@EdnStuff , I appreciate your role and takes in the @Cardano community. Like me, you are a truth seeker. You firsthand witnessed the whole suing or not suing debacle.
Is it not time to acknowlegde publicly @NuvolaDigital did not do anything wrong?
Iagon accused Nuvola without any proof causing harm to Nuvola's reputation and confusion in the Cardano community.
It's time the community unites around the truth.

In Iagon's AMA from 24/05/26 @Nizan22332211 asked more information on the case against Nuvola. Listen to Holger and Nav's different understanding what 'legal proceedings' exactly meant: "Holger: We said we gonna sue you or something like that. Nav: We never said we gonna sue you. We are taking legal action. Holger: Yeah, the wrong word. Whatever." They finally admitting that the 'legal proceedings' were limited to sending a legal notice. My conclusion stands now even stronger: Iagon accused Nuvola publicly without any proof causing harm to Nuvola's reputation and confusion in the Cardano community. The time is now to heal. Proof or retrace the public accusations. If the latter, apologize so the cardano community can move on.
