We live in the most connected, most resourced era in human history. Information is free. Capital is accessible. Tools that used to cost companies millions are sitting in your phone. The gap between knowing and doing has never been smaller. Which means the only real barrier left is the decision to actually start.

AI is either going to work for you. Or it's going to work for the person competing with you. There's really no sitting this one out.

There's a guy out there dropping $400/month on supplements. Pre-workout. Peptides. Cold plunge memberships. The whole stack. Still eating garbage. Still sleeping 6 hours. Still stressed about money. You can't biohack your way out of bad fundamentals. Get the basics right first. The rest is just optimization.

The best entrepreneurs I know aren't the smartest people in the room. They're just the ones who started and didn't quit.

I've been using AI agents to run parts of my business for the last year. Recently, I invested in the company building them. & not because it's “trendy.” Because operators who figure out how to layer AI on top of a cash-flowing business are about to have an insanely unfair advantage.

You can purchase a micromarket or smart cooler for $0 down, place it in an apartment complex in your city & make $3,000-$17,000/month in passive income. Here's your exact step-by-step blueprint to do it:

The average American spends 90,000 hours working in a lifetime. Most of those hours build someone else's asset. At some point, you have to ask: When do I start building mine?

Things I actually believe: • AI is the biggest leverage tool entrepreneurs have had in a generation • You don't need a team to start. You need a system • The simple business still wins (boring is underrated) • Passive income isn't passive at first, and that's fine • Creators who build real businesses will outlast creators who just create • The people who start ugly will beat the people waiting for perfect

If I were starting over in 2026 with $5,000 and 5 hours a week: • I'd pick one boring cash-flowing asset and start there • I'd use AI to cut my workload in half immediately • I'd build an audience around what I'm learning in real time • I'd stop waiting to be an "expert" • I'd find one operator already doing it and get close to them The tools are better than ever. The excuses are running out.

If you own one vending machine producing $800/month… You're already outpacing what most people make from a side hustle. If you have 5, you've replaced a part-time income. If you have 20+, you've built something most people spend decades trying to find. The barrier to entry has never been lower.

Not enough people build things for the long game anymore. Too much chasing quick wins. Too much optimizing for optics. Not enough putting in the reps when nobody's watching. But the boring path still works. Most people just won't take it.

8. The hidden advantage. Unlike traditional real estate, RV guests aren't protected by tenant laws. If someone doesn't pay or causes problems, they're gone. No eviction process. No court dates. No waiting months to reclaim your property.
