@Lizhellsing You should receive a dropdown that will allow you to select the correct location. If not, enter it in this exact format: zip code, city, state abbreviation

@MonsterHelp @yuusou So I see this has been a problem since 2016 at least and I still have issue with the zip code...... All you need to do is change the text box to say zip, city, state. Because that is what you are ACTUALLY asking for. Taking way too long to fix ridiculous.

@MonsterHelp Invalid zip code for Greenville Michigan: 48838. The google auto-fill may be blocking your drop down. Is the drop down selection the only way to enter a valid zipcode?

@TheUXDM We can definitely help with that. When you start typing the zip you should receive a drop down that allows you to select the appropriate code. If not, try entering in this format: zip, city, state. Let us know if you still have trouble.

@TheCmar7 @fourmajor @yuusou Let's us get to the bottom of it. The zip code field utilizes a type-ahead drop down box. Typically once you start typing you can select your zip/city/state from there. If the site insists that your code is not valid, DM us.
