@BAshbyMD Agree completely. A pig model showing baseballs thrown at 30mph that hit at the right spot & right time in the cardiac cycle (R on T) will reproducibly produce ventricular fibrillation. Need defib. CPR until shock nejm.org/doi/full/10.10…
