I was detained by Spanish police for two hours today in Madrid. Taken to the police station, fingerprinted, treated like a criminal because I showed up at the public square to have peaceful conversations about how children are being harmed. While sitting at the station with criminals in handcuffs, I was able to contact @lukomski_sebito at @hazteoir using my Apple Watch, after my phones had been taken. These two beautiful lawyers dropped everything and showed up at the police station soon after. Now we’re back in the same public square. at Puerta del Sol.
