@muveproperty Who exactly is recommending you? Everyone I've spoken to has major problems with Muve - from unimaginably long wait times to ill-trained staff, hidden fees, and sales falling through.

@muveproperty Many of these reviews are fake and provided in exchange for vouchers. Meanwhile, you fight tooth and nail to take down any genuine reviews that criticize you.

@WilkinsonGrant This is wishful thinking. Just check Rightmove and it's clear you're being forced to reduce your prices like everyone else. The market is changing, whether you want to believe it or not. People simply can't get loans for as much money, which reduces their buying power.

What’s happening in the Exeter property market since the bonkers mini-budget ? Not what you might think! Just completing Monday’s Blog - but here’s a sneak peek: Over £52M of sales since Kwarteng’s calamity and over 140 viewings this last week #Exeter #Property

@WilkinsonGrant @ExeterLiving @DevonLiveNews This is a stretch. Your properties are lingering on the market, just like everyone else's. You can try to insist otherwise to win instructions, but no one will move unless you actually sell those properties - which means adjusting your asking prices to reflect the new reality.

@HenryPryor The Bank of England is being pretty definite in setting its interest rates. It's not rocket science to conclude that these actions will have an impact on the housing market, regardless of whether homeowners and estate agents try to deny it or not.

Clients exchanged contracts on 3 properties last week. There will be some deals that will have fallen over (30% of agreed deals do anyway) but it feels far too early to be this definite or this pessimistic. telegraph.co.uk/personal-banki…

@MrGreenHomes The good estate agents feel this way because they're paying attention to the trends and adjusting accordingly.

Great to talk to a key property industry leader today about providing his team of agents with the knowledge, skills & approaches to navigate a challenging market. “I wanted you to help as I know our guys will appreciate that you’ve actually walked the walk.” Nice end to the week.

@russellquirk The crisis has a lot more to do with what the banks are doing with interest rates, and they don't seem close to dropping their rates anytime soon. Buyers simply don't have the same buying power they had six months ago.

And…. It’s back - £/$ Hey MSM, fancy mentioning this? The pound is back to exactly where it was last Friday morning. Crisis? What crisis?

@HAIGHS_ The pound recovered slightly, but is still historically low. Mortgage rates are still high and inflation is still going up.

Have I just read correctly that the #pound has recovered to pre mini-budget levels and that the #UK is not in #recession after all? Didn't expect to see that today, if I'm honest.

@RobertLeechEA Sure, there are still buyers - but you can't deny that their buying power has been decreased by rising interest rates.

They couldn’t sell this house in Exeter at £550,000 (March), so they INCREASED the price to £595,000 (April). Still no takers. So they took it off the market for a few days then today put it up for sale at £650,000… I SO want to see this bubble popped. rightmove.co.uk/properties/856…

@NTRUpmi @JessicaMal_ I'm so sorry to hear about what you're going through. Buying a house is stressful enough without your conveyancer ruining it for you.

@muveproperty Your unsatisfied customers would prefer if you actually completed their conveyancing rather than pretending to be competent on Twitter, Muve.

@PropIndEye Yes, but the new tax rules are the problem, not how landlords are perceived by the public!
