@NC_QuickPass Already talked to customer service and conveniently your system shows it was resolved 2 weeks later when in reality it was 4 months

@NC_QuickPass one of the biggest scams ever. Got billed using HOV w/ 6 in the car. Then billed post paid rate bc that made my acnt negative. Took months to get fixed w/ no toll adjustment + penalties and fees totaling $141 + what I payed during the whole process. Total BS
