Long way! My method:
Rinse rice until water runs clear. 1.75 cups of liquid for one cup of rice. Bring to boil. Once boiling, turn low, simmer with top on. Leave it alone for 15 min. When time is up, take off heat, fluff with a fork & cover until ready.
