@SpotifyCares Said advisor gave no reply when I pointed the misinformation I'd been provided and instead escalated to the 'next level of support' (how many levels are there if this is number 4)

Even though the previous two advisors had confirmed if I cancelled I wouldn't be eligible for the new basic plan because it would be a new subscription and it's only available to current premium users. @SpotifyCares FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND APP.

Spend nearly three hours talking to Spotify support to move to the new basic plan + all 3 advisors tell me different things. The final one tries to tell me I'm already on the basic plan and then asks me to 'trust them' on cancelling my current subscription to swap over (1/2)

Came back to say that if you have the time to sit and go through people's following list so you can cancel them for their views on the Palestine/isreal conflict you have time to protest. Stop wasting ur time cancelling people for following accts and actually make a difference ffs

@ScotRail why can't I refund an unused train ticket? It's obviously not costing you an extra £8 to refund despite that being the claim on your app & I've now wasted money I can't get back.

I'm actually quite disappointed in Ricky Gervais tbh. If you're going to spend all that time telling people how offensive your brand new material is you're supposed to actually make new material, not just reuse the same 5 jokes that were neither offensive nor funny to begin with.

In 3 months Taylor swift produced 138 tons of c02 emissions (it takes the average person 35 YEARS to do that) to see her boyfriend, and rather than hold climate terrorists accountable for their actions we got paper straws and had affordable cars banned from city centers.
