@notwithhaste__ I actually were never mad with season 2 finale even before we knew we will have season 3 bc that season left us so many stuff to analyse and hope for, their decisions weren't too ooc so I couldn't be mad for them being them, but GO3 is so ooc i can't like it at all

had go3 never been made and they left it on the go2 cliffhanger, we’d have been mad at the lack of closure ofc but left with endless wonderful possibilities for aziracrow. we’d have lost the conclusion but we wouldn’t have lost THEM. and the fandom would have railed against it with endless art and fic and happy headcanons; it would have thrived through that loss instead of breaking down

@ineffablejess I think it just helps people ascertain that they are not weirdos for thinking it was unfair to Aziraphale and Crowley. Yes it is nothing new but there has also been no update regarding Good Omens either, so maybe it's more like validation

I’m really confused about why David’s statements are such a big deal. He didn’t say anything that wasn’t shown to us in the finale. Asa and Anthony are supposed to be human VERSIONS of Aziraphale and Crowley. We all knew that they weren’t actually Aziraphale and Crowley.

Wishful thinking/speculation/etc, but since all of Aziraphale's books were empty due to authors not existing anymore, what of his diaries? He still existed, therefore, they words existed. Maybe they couldn't be wiped, because words have power, notably, their history.
