Extremely curious this morning about the longest words that are unrelated homophones.
Are there any three-syllable English words that sound the same but have different meanings and don’t share an origin??

I highly recommend watching this. I’ve read and listened to a lot of history from this period and learned many new things about the 1930s in particular. It’s a shame we were never taught about Congressman Emanuel Celler in school. A real hero.

I am very hesitant to assign obesity in the US to lifestyle.
Something is DEEPLY wrong with their food quality.
You know this because Europeans immediately gain weight in the US without changing their eating habits and lose the weight just as easily when back in Europe.

Greg Abbot has officially directed Family and Protective Services to begin investigating all trans children in Texas and prosecuting their parents as child abusers. He has also instructed all teachers, doctors, and caregivers to begin reporting any trans students they see.
