@eanna08394148 His policies more so made sure that we didn’t just *collapse* during the depression. World War II’s manufacturing boom is what really got us out of it. Both is pretty good, but that is worth noting. Also, it’s not exactly easy for me to just *look over detaining 100k+ people*

@NotJustEurope DR'S internment of Japanese Americans in WW2 was horrible, but his policies basically single handedly pulled the US out of the depression. I don't think it's crazy to say he might have been the best president the US ever had

@NotJustEurope While some of FDR's policies were terrible like with the internment of Japanese Americans, we're also comparing to the president who played a racist film in the White House and was, at the least, complacent in the KKK's ressurgence that stains to the modern day.
