Este hombre fue jugador professional y lo admite. Muchos nos cegamos en el ciclo vicioso sin darnos cuenta de Lo Que perdemos. Recuerden que estos juegos como 2k y cod están optimizados para mantenernos pegados y asi capitalizar en nuestra atencion, noten que la comunidad de juegos de deportes es la mas abusada de esta manera. Les exhorto a que tomen descansos extendidos de los juegos de vez en cuando, es uno de los mejores hábitos que practico. Durante este tiempo usualmente todo en tu vida mejora, tratalo.
