@OnityGroup_Help The parent company of PHH mortgage company has been overcharging us $800 a month for the last 3 months on our mortgage and refuses to put me in contact with anyone who can resolve this situation. Anyone have any Lawyer recommendations??

@OnityGroup_Help I sent a payment large payment to avoid action against my account on 11/29 through Moneygram for a same day payment and sent a copy of the confirmation to PHH. Today (Dec. 1, 2025), I called PHH and found out the Moneygram payment hadn’t been received.

@OnityGroup_Help I contacted Moneygram and found out the payment was accepted on Monday, December 1 which PHH is considering late which means my account is in more trouble. I’m reaching out because I did what I was told from PHH representatives, and am now in a worse situation

I highly do NOT recommend @OnityGroup_Help aka PHHMortgage. They have changed my mortgage 3 times in the past few months. This feels like a set up.

@OnityGroup_Help My husband is trying to sell his mother’s home after she passed away. PHH holds the mortgage and has randomly increased the payoff by $50,000 since March when we started this process. We can’t get answers from them. This is not how legitimate businesses operate.
