This is unacceptable. I do not need special treatment. I need fairness and a proper review of the facts. What makes this even more concerning is that this is not the first time your system has made an incorrect allegation against me. A few months ago, I received a warning claiming I had used 3% risk on a trade. That never happened. After I challenged the claim, your team later acknowledged that it was a system error. Now, once again, my account has been affected based on an allegation that another account was logged into my device when that simply did not occur. I spent approximately $2,200 purchasing these accounts. I passed one account yesterday through my own effort, discipline, and compliance with your rules, only for it to be disabled today based on a claim I know to be false. If your position is that you no longer wish to do business with me, then kindly refund my full purchase fee. You cannot allow a trader to invest significant capital, pass an account, and then disable it the following day based on an allegation that has not been substantiated. Thank you.
