One thing you should know and understand is that profitable traders have increased significantly. Gone are the days when very few people were profitable. People now pass accounts and receive payouts more than ever before.
A lot of traders are no longer ridiculed for winning trades because many channels now give access to profitable setups. In my opinion, this is affecting the prop firm industry, which is why we are seeing more denied payouts and breached accounts.
It is no longer just the simple rules of 5% daily drawdown and 10% overall drawdown as it used to be.
Now we have countless additional rules:
• 1% loss per trade rule
• IP address rule
•3mins stop-loss rule
• 2% loss per trade rule
• 30% margin rule
• News trading rule
• One-sided betting rule
• Copy trading rule
• “Toxic flow” / pyramiding rule
• Daily profit cap
• Hard breach if you lose 1% and take another trade within a short period
• Restrictions on swing trading
And many more.
Believe me when I say this: I know the evaluation and funded account rules of most prop firms like the back of my hand.
You generally have no problem as long as you are not making frequent payouts. The moment you become consistently profitable, things often become much more difficult.
Today, traders have more access to profitable trade ideas than ever before. For many, the real challenge is no longer strategy but psychology. As a result, returning client sales have reduced, and we are seeing more stories of breached accounts and denied payouts.
@FundedNext, I am simply asking for my refund.
If you no longer wish to give me access to your platform, that is fine. In fact, I no longer wish to continue trading with your firm.
You breached the account that passed and left the one that has not passed. Am I expected to continue investing my time, effort, and mental capital into the remaining account while waiting for the possibility of another breach once it passes?
I will not do that.
You can keep the accounts and refund my purchase fee.
I also learned that a number of affiliates were dropped and had their purchasing privileges restricted. If affiliates can be treated that way, then it is reasonable for me to be concerned about how ordinary customers may be treated.
Respectfully, I will not let this matter slide.
I will pursue my refund because, to the best of my knowledge, I have not breached any rules, and requesting a refund under these circumstances is the right thing to do.

These guys denied me $20K first in January, I wanted to drag them but a very senior trader in the industry asked me not to because he is affiliated with them and hence I retreated, he asked them to reset my account which they did and then fast forward to February they attempted that same rubbish they did in January and sent the exact same email which they sent in January to deny me $15K payout, I came on x to drag @fundednext and because it was trending that day with crazy traction, they promised to honour my payout only for me to see $9K ( Incomplete money ).
They will ask you to delete your post first as if it will end there, after they now paid the shit packer @Flynnn_FN now made another tweet to make it seem as if they did me a favour to pay me my own hard earned money.

Now, once again, my account has been affected based on an allegation that another account was logged into my device when that simply did not occur. I spent approximately $2,200 purchasing these accounts. I passed one account yesterday through my own effort, discipline, and compliance with your rules, only for it to be disabled today based on a claim I know to be false. If your position is that you no longer wish to do business with me, then kindly refund my full purchase fee. You cannot allow a trader to invest significant capital, pass an account, and then disable it the following day based on an allegation that has not been substantiated. Thank you.
