As an ex cinema employee, I can promise you that nothing about this is joyous for the people turning screenings around before the next showtime 20 minutes later. No way to properly clean those screens in time, creating bad experiences for others. It’s hurting cinemas, not helping

Boris Johnson “we will build 300k homes a year” They didn’t. Boris Johnson “we will end rough sleeping” They didn’t. Theresa May “we will ban no-fault evictions” They didn’t. Theresa May “we will ban conversion therapy” They didn’t. Boris Johnson “we will not raise income tax, VAT or National insurance” They did, to the highest levels in 70 years. Boris Johnson “we will build 40 new hospitals” They didn’t. Rishi Sunak “we will cut NHS waiting lists” They didn’t. David Cameron “we will end child poverty” They didn’t. In 2021/2022 1 in 3 children in the UK lived in poverty. #Budget2024

I suspect the response to the Budget this week is going to be unhinged. The mainstream right has lost any sort of perspective. It lacks the language to describe things it does not like in anything other than apocalyptic terms.

It seems this isn’t an accident. Yesterday #BBLL is also missing and yesterday’s ‘Sneak Peak’ video has been removed from ALL of #BBUK’s social platforms, and so have some of last nights clips. What was in yesterday’s episode that has caused ITV to suddenly erase it?
