We were delighted to welcome David Williams, @PermSecMOD, to our HQ today. Whilst in Bristol, David highlighted the ongoing work on the Defence Command Paper Review, the recent publication of the Integrated Review Refresh, and DE&S’ role in helping to deliver defence objectives.
