FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Breaking News – New England Elite Basketball New England Elite Basketball Announces Key Leadership Promotions New England Elite Basketball is proud to announce a series of major leadership promotions that will help shape the future of the program and further strengthen its commitment to player development and college exposure. Coach Brendan Hoban (@Bhoban23) has been promoted to Director of Basketball Operations for New England Elite Basketball. A highly respected leader within the program, Coach Hoban brings an extensive and impressive basketball background to this role. Originally from Watertown High School, Hoban went on to play prep school basketball at Millbrook School, followed by a collegiate career at Wheeling University and Southern Wesleyan University. He also gained valuable experience playing professionally overseas, adding a global perspective to his coaching and leadership approach. In addition, Coach Brandon Wiercinski (@brandonski1) has been promoted to Associate Director of the New England Elite High School Program. Coach Wiercinski, a former starter at Dickinson College, is currently serving as an assistant coach at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI). His success both as a high-level player and as a collegiate coach makes him a vital part of the program’s continued growth and competitive direction. Together, Coach Hoban and Coach Wiercinski will lead the future of New England Elite Basketball, while also overseeing and guiding our college showcase teams, ensuring that players continue to receive elite instruction, exposure, and mentorship at every level. Additionally, Coach Brendan Hoban and Coach Wiercinski have major announcements coming over the next several days, and we encourage families, players, and supporters of New England Elite Basketball to stay tuned for exciting updates.
