@YourGuinness Aware of further leaks & ceiling sagging. Mold is growing by the day, black mold. Husband is immunocompromised from organ transplant . We've been tenants for nearly 20 years. This is not good enough.

@YourGuinness Ok so it's been 29 days since I reported the leak. 15 days since I've seen/heard from anyone. Part of the ceiling has fallen down,with more looking about to go. Is this how u expect people to live?

@YourGuinness Reported water coming thru bathroom light 11/8, assessed as emergency repair. Waited 24hrs for plumber. 48hrs for electrician. Need new cold water tank. Not seen another soul until today,plumber came to say repair delayed until next week. (1/2)

@MetcalfesSnacks Hi, I just bought a multi pack of cinema sweet, my fav! Unfortunately, when I got home I realised that the top most pack is open. It looks like it got stuck to the outer packaging when it was sealed & ripped open at some point along it's journey to the shop :(
