I joined fellow Governors to pay homage to His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, as part of the Eid al-Fitr celebrations. The meeting also provided an opportunity to engage with Mr. President on key national issues. Eid al-Fitr remains a joyful occasion marking the end of Ramadan, a period of fasting, prayer and reflection. I also participated in the South-South Governors’ Forum meeting, where we discussed regional collaboration and reviewed party activities as we plan ahead.
