Your mail carrier then has to do their investigation and pay you based on the insurance and the card’s worth. They will then sue to buyer if they can prove it was delivered.

biggest argument so far is "if the adc trolls the support can farm" which is terrible game design, you should not have to balance a game around people breaking the rules
