@BillAckman As someone who has lived in both states, Texas cities are prettier, food is better (BBQ, Brisket, Tex Mex), real estate is generally cheaper, it contains the Fintech industry in North Dallas, and geographically foliage and trees. The only thing Nevada has over Texas is dry heat.

We are reincorporating our management company in Nevada for the same reason. Top law firms are recommending Nevada and Texas over Delaware.

Lois Tarkanian has passed away. The wife of legendary UNLV basketball coach Jerry Tarkanian was a life-long educator and a current member of the Nevada System of Higher Education Board of Regents. She was a 14-year member of the Las Vegas City Council. Story coming @TheNVIndy
