When we say QuePay is Multi-PSP integrated it means exactly that. It is just that we started with m-pesa since it is the most popular locally. We are adding more as we scale. Beyond the PSPs we have the ability to track business metrics without the PSP integration. So we have the NFC cards which your attendant can simply tap to confirm that the payment was received, whether cash, M-pesa, Pochi etc. This came in handy a few days ago when M-Pesa was down and people using our devices with PSP integration simply resorted to using the cards to keep working. The pool tables were being played, the milk was being dispensed and the water drank.
