@MartinSLewis I’ve got about 2.5 years left of a really low rate and after that I’ve probably got around 3 years to finish my mortgage altogether. Am I better off paying as much over as I can afford now or wait til nearer the end of the current rate and pay off as much as I can then?

@spiritofshankly We ended up leaving queue D after 30 mins of shuffling (arrived 1.45). Got directed to A and Wembley refused us entry due to having D on ticket. Wembley operating a policy of not allowing use of other turnstiles despite obvious issue. LFC stewards the only reasonable staff

@redsonya241 Mine is the same. I read these threads and you get people querying the cost, must be wrong,must have heating on all day etc.. nope! it’s a minimum £10 a day and that’s being frugal with heating and out during the day.

My GAS bill alone for 28 days : £267. £121 for electricity. State pension starts at £156 per week. Gas alone is nearly 2 weeks of pension. How are people supposed to afford this basic human need of keeping warm in Winter? WHY is it so high in the UK? 🤷‍♀️ #RipOffBritain
