@FRepublicUK I was sent an email on 6 Feb, as below, promising a floor inspection. I sent emails on 8 Feb, 26 Feb and 2 March to chase this but still no date has been set. The floor is absolutely terrible. I would like a refund for the floor and the cost of installation

@FRepublicUK Yes, since March 2017. 1st with Gareth Murchie, then June Garnett, but they have both left the company. We were promised a floor inspection on 6/2/18 but I am still waiting for a date, despite multiple emails. It is the worst product and customer service I have ever encountered.
