The presentation is offered through the University of Cincinnati and is open to self‑advocates, families, caregivers, community partners, and professionals.

The session will explore changes in language, research, and public attitudes, and why it is important to center Autistic voices when building more inclusive communities.

This virtual presentation looks at how understanding of autism has changed over time, from early views to today’s focus on acceptance and neurodiversity.
