For example a child who suffered from parentification may be generally more mature than someone else their age. Though that isn't a constant.

You also have to factor in predatory behavior, which should be reprimanded if present. Regardless of age tbh.

Factually speaking someone as young as 16 is able to be classified as a predator, drive, be charged as an adult for severe crimes, and work a job (although limited). They're old enough to understand the maturity difference and the ramifications of their actions.
