Anyone ever booked a parcel pick up with @CouriersPls ? I booked a pick up 08/09/2020 - still no receipt of package as of today? I received an email 18/09 asking me if the goods are still available to pick up??? Shouldn’t they know that? This level of service is unacceptable!!
