@ImpossibleFoods @BeyondMeat @Stanford On sodium: Yes, plant-based has more, but as noted at the link: 1) you'd have to eat 6 burgers to hit the RDA; & 2) since people salt meat when they cook it, the Stanford study found no difference in intake, even w/2 Beyond meat servings instead of 2 organic animal meat servings.

Reminder: @ImpossibleFoods & @BeyondMeat burgers have fewer calories than beef, far less fat, & more protein/cal. Plus, they have 2-3g of fiber & zero cholesterol - the opposite of beef. A @Stanford medicine study found better heart health & weight. Deets: gfi.org/nutrition
