It was one of the very first things we built in our MVP of RealReports, and while it worked, it was essentially just a static list of data that hadn’t kept pace with the rest of the product. The new experience is fully visual and dynamic, with intuitive charts and insights across population, housing, income & employment, education, and commute. This gives agents a faster, more powerful way to understand and communicate the story of a neighborhood, contextualize pricing, lifestyle fit, and more in a clear, client-friendly format. Excited to be back at the MLS Innovator Network next month for a deep dive into our on- vs off-market analysis tool, Sightline 🔭 We first introduced Sightline at @RESOStandards last year alongside research with the @SFARMLS. Since then, many MLSs have quickly rolled Sightline out to deliver the same real-time market analysis to their teams and members, including Doorify MLS earlier this month. With all the noise and lawsuits surrounding private listings and off-MLS networks, consumers deserve clear, transparent data about what actually happens in their markets when properties are listed on the MLS and when they’re not.
