You can start simple. Buy a “call” if you expect the market to go up, and buy a “put” if you expect the market to go down. Start small with just 1 $SPY contract to test the waters and learn how options move. Give it a shot and kick off this amazing trading journey. You need to FAFO first. Trust me. You will be fine.
