Today I submitted testimony in opposition to We Energies’ data center tariff proposal. The proposal as is doesn't do enough to protect ratepayers, lets big users avoid full payments, and lacks safeguards. I encourage the PSC to address these issues before approving.

Wisconsin deserves a safer, smarter path than gambling on our phones. I respect Wisconsin’s tribes, but AB 601’s tribal-only mobile sports betting puts families and communities at risk. The apps are addictive, the social cost is real, and the small tax gains aren’t worth it.
