My legislation would authorize the repairs of private connections in our water and sewer systems. These repairs can be costly and this bill would remove unnecessary burdens on homeowners while also improving public health and safety.

My bill (H.B. 1564), which passed the House in December and the Senate in early February, was passed by the PA House again on concurrence yesterday and is off to the governor’s desk for his signature. 🥳
