Women’s History Month marks a great time to celebrate and recognize all the invaluable contributions women have made to our society, while continuing to push for women’s equality. I will always push for legislation that creates a better Pennsylvania for our incredible women!

We remember them and the atrocities of the Holocaust in a promise to never again allow for such evil to arise. Now more than ever, with growing hate and violence, we must challenge ourselves to never forget and just as importantly, promise to never repeat.

Today, we remember the millions of innocent people persecuted for their faith, background, and beliefs. We remember the 6 million Jewish people and more than 10 million others, including political dissidents, people with disabilities, and minorities, who lost their lives.

Today, we honor the great Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., a man who dedicated his life's work to fighting for a greater good for our nation and all of its people.
