Yes but reparations to whom? Reparations 4 existing Caribbean states or Afrikan people that were trafficked to the 'Americas' & elsewhere. In under 10 years what has ALWAYS been a #GlobalAfrikan claim has been reduced to a 'Caribbean' one which excludes #AfrikanHeritage Diasporas

It is not even an aspiration. Ways of bondage have evolved & not been eradicated.
