Almost forgot to share these kindergartners playing the "big instruments" for the the first time!

When you have recess duty and you noticed that some kids were organically playing a singing game that you taught them in class

There's more than one way to categorize instruments. These 2nd graders are working in groups to organize instruments by sound, size, shape, timbre, how to play it, etc.

Sometimes we end class a couple minutes early and have an impromptu musical showcase. Sara has been working up the nerve since last year to sing for her classmates. Way to be a risk-taker and thank you for sharing your talents with us. Everyone was so encouraging singing along!
