Prosecutors say murder suspect Daniel Mohar knocked Edward Tivnan to the ground after Tivnan made a drunken remark to Mohar’s girlfriend. Tivnan died from a head injury after hitting the patio pavement. Mohar has previous assault arrests with 1 conviction. cbs17.com/news/local-new…
