@JulianHillMP Pity James Campbell won't be there to ask the question, really.

This was James Campbell finding out Ringwood had fallen to Labor in 2018. One only wonders his facial expressions tonight. #Aston #AstonByElection

Just wondering, Duncan @nexuseditor1, how close did the Morgan poll get to the final result buddy? Also, I think my brain has been reincarnated.
Duncan Roads@nexuseditor1

@RogueLabor The people who believe Roy Morgan polls are the same people who believe Dan Andrews' political promises. They are all brain dead.

I'd just like to thank all the brain cookers and freedum fuckwits that helped Labor increase its massive majority. Thanks for everything guys. Sincerely hope you do it all again next term. #SpringSt #Auspol @reignitedemaust

Hey media: Daniel Andrews won *because* of his COVID response, not in spite of it If you had interviewed the 70% of Victorians who supported restrictions instead of a few selfish cafe owners and Lib donors, you'd have a clue how united the state was in saving lives. Do better.

@Melbchief A lot is being made of it and other ham-fisted election stories because it was infuriatingly bad work and you guys promised better. And maybe you should apologise to your stakeholders for stabbing them in the eye with a pitchfork? But you'll just dismiss the critique. Again.

A lot has been made of the headline on the lead story of our election morning paper which read: "Labor Under Siege.'' Fair cop -- the headline wasn't our best. As the first paragraph began: "Labor is on track to retain power in Victoria...." That was the story.

Some of the criticism published on this platform about @theage's coverage of #VicVotes2022 has prompted me to briefly return from Twitter exile to address a false narrative doing the rounds. I'm sure I'll regret it, but here goes:

Six elections in the last 2.5 years.. QLD election 2020 ACT election 2020 NT election 2020 WA election 2021 SA election 2022 VIC election 2022 ALL won by Labor.. despite the biased, vitriolic & puerile dog whistling via RW media.. Pretty sure it isn't working, Murdoch

The SMH and The Age have become pathetic shadows of their former selves, akin to what Stutchbury did to the AFR - changing it from being an institution of needed knowledge to a bucket of pamphleteering, vacuous bullshit as shallow as its opining is long. That's on management

@theheraldsun With a straight face, after you campaigned relentlessly against Labor, you are telling us who the losers are? You are the losers!

Libs might need a new pollster. They kept saying its polling was positive... (and not for the first time)

Watching the #Vicvotes election play out. The big loser was the filth media. The big winner was the voter who could see through the filth and vote against the filth. Filth media fails again.
