@Russian_Longist The NEP was probably necessary for Russia, and in many ways it maybe would've been better if the USSR stuck to an NEP-esque plan, but that's so far that its relevant. In America, already a developed and imperial-capitalist power, an NEP would be mostly unnecessary.

My position on the matter now lies in the ideas laid out on our new Substack publication, The Other America:

I still fully believe in the socialist industrial republic that he advocated for, it's just that I don't find his specific "sword and shield" strategy as viable in the modern day. A party duopoly has cemented in America, so his idea of the party in the modern day is ineffective.

@Lux_R_Spiral Victim in that they're not willingly joining the army, but complicit in that they're still doing the war crimes.

Do we consider draftees to be victims of imperialism, complicit, both, or something else?

"The CNT-FAI were some of the most brutal murderers during the civil war"
Arraigo@falangistfiles

@annebot161 And they still lost. It was an anti-Christian anti-national movement whose only good aspect was syndicalism. The Falange only worked for the workers, the nation, and the Church. The CNT-FAI were some of the most brutal murderers during the civil war. Fuck CNT-FAI Viva la Falange

@JamesDeanPink25 It didn't really reflect mine or spoon's beliefs over time nor the current conditions of America, so we're doing a new thing: stay tuned, you might like it

@kermitkujo @Elondras @skscartoon In total, the party having populist policies to garner workers' support is not indicative of them being socialist. It proves rather that they used socialism as a label to draw in workers and win power.

@kermitkujo @Elondras @skscartoon 6. The Nazis did not make communal land 7. The Nazis did not end debt slavery 8. The Nazis infact partnered with the monopolies in order to facilitate a cooperation between business and state.
